We recommend you go simple to start with to bed in your process changes. The actual requirements are very straight forward and most hospitals will likely already have the minimum tech already in place. There are no servers to install as ClearScribe is a Software-as-a-Service (SAAS).
You will need:
- A desktop or laptop running Windows 7 or later
- The latest version of Chrome installed
- A shortcut on the users desktop pointing to www.clearscribe.com with kiosk-printing enabled (this is so that the users are not shown a print preview with each label print)
- A compatible label printer attached to the desktop
